About me:

I am originally from Honduras, but grew up in the United States. I am a data engineer currently working in Richmond, VA. I have skills and experience using Databricks, AWS, and Azure to build data pipelines of all shapes and sizes.

I graduated from the University of Richmond with a BSBA in Business Analytics and Management/Entrepreneurship (fun fact: the University of Richmond is the only university in the US with a spider as its mascot)!

While at the University of Richmond, I was interested in exploring supervised machine learning and building predictive analytical models to solve complex business problems. That kickstarted my career in the world of data, and led me to become even more interested in data analytics at scale.

A few of my favorite technologies are Python, JavaScript, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
